Video Tutorial With Text Instructions Below

Your notification settings are accessed by clicking on your login initials (or photo) in the upper right corner of the Govly Dashboard and selecting "Profile" as shown here:

Select the "Edit" icon in the upper right-hand corner of the next page that appears.

After clicking the "Edit" button, you'll be directed to a new page where you'll be able to edit your notification settings. You may have to scroll down to view the information shown below.

Digest notifications are single emails that have links back to Govly for the events that triggered the notifications. These are sent either hourly or daily, with daily being sent around 7am Eastern time for event notifications covering the prior 24 hours. Here is what a portion of a digest email looks like:

The digest email will show the account, the event that triggered the notification, and a link back to Govly for the opportunity that caused the notification.

NOTE: You can select instant notification for any of the events shown two images above. If you have either Hourly or Daily digest selected along the top, all events will also arrive in a digest email. The digest emails are either all or none, as you cannot select individual events for digest or not. If you do not want to receive digest emails at all, simply select "Never" at the top.

There is one other place to check your notifications, at least those associated with opportunities you have been assigned to work or are following via the Subscribe function. Notifications for these opportunity-related events (all shown in Notification Settings except "When you have a new saved search match an opportunity") are also placed in the Notifications page in Govly, which is viewed by clicking on your initials in the upper right side of the Govly Dashboard, then selecting "Notification".

You will then see notifications related to opportunities you have been assigned to work or are following via the Subscribe function.

One final note on Notifications. You will not receive notifications for events that you trigger yourself. In other words, if you are the one changing a pipeline stage, you will not be notified of the change. If someone other than you that is subscribed or assigned to an opportunity makes a change, you will receive the notification (provided your profile is set up to do so as described above) but the person who made the change will not.
